2. Description of Service

EasyPodcast provides an AI-powered platform to generate podcast-style episodes from topics you provide. The Service includes generation of scripts, audio, video, optional captions, and optional distribution (e.g. YouTube). Features and limits depend on your chosen plan (Free, Starter, Pro, or School).

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates others' rights. You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, abuse the infrastructure, or use the Service for any purpose that could damage or impair the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these terms and your plan, we grant you a limited license to use the generated content (scripts, audio, video) for your own lawful purposes. You retain ownership of the topics and inputs you provide; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (e.g. to process and store your data and to generate content).

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable subscription terms and to recurring charges until you cancel. Refunds are subject to our refund policy (and Stripe's terms where applicable). We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with notice where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyPodcast and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
